Angel Trust Treehouse Surprise

Last night our CEO, Clair McGregor, and trustee Paul Anderson went out to visit Emma and her family to surprise them with an overnight stay at the Angel Trust Treehouse. Emma and her family have been amazing at caring for Emma’s Mam, Julie, who has been through a very difficult time over the past few years, including losing sight in one eye, then being diagnosed with breast cancer which she is still receiving treatment for. Throughout all of this, Emma’s son, Harry, also became ill and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, meaning the whole family have had to adapt to ensure Harry is healthy. He has not let this get in the way of his life and he has even been teaching his peers about the illness. We hope you all enjoy this well-deserved break.
