The Elf Run with Angel Trust

Calling all our competitive family members to come and raise money whilst having a fantastic Festive day in aid of Angel Trust. We would love to see how fancy you are all willing to go with the elf fancy dress theme! “ The elfier the better”

Our registration will be in our festive yurt from 10:00am where you can collect your elf hats, if you haven’t already collected them from the Angel Trust Emporium. Every Elf & Furry friend must register on the day for health and safety purposes.

Adults, children, and furry friends are all welcome in our Elf Run. We kindly ask that all under 11’s always accompanied by a responsible adult and furry friends to always be on a lead.

Entry fee includes your Elf hat, refreshments, and an exclusive medal! We strongly advise to wear your running gear under your elf costume!

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18-year-old.

If you don’t fancy joining the run, you can still come along on the day to support our elves! We will have Christmas stalls in our yurt, please come along and support our elves.

Adult ticket (16+):  £10.00 Children ticket (3-15): £8.00 Under 3 year olds: free

Family ticket (2Adult&2Children): £28.00

We are charging entry fees for the event, this covers the event costs. We call on you to raise as much money as we can for Angel Trust to help us look after the families this Christmas. Thank you!

Refreshments

Refreshments will be available after the run in our Festive Yurt. Please bring along any spare change, the Angel Trust team will be running a tombola and other Christmas games for all guests.

We have our incredibly naughty elf who will be joining you on the run causing mischief.

Terms & Conditions

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase tickets for this event. Individuals under the age of 18 can participate in this event, however an adult aged 18 or over must purchase the tickets

In the event that the Elf Run cannot take place on Sunday 1st December 2024, every attempt will be made to arrange a new date. Refunds will only be made in the event that the event is unavoidably cancelled by us (Angel Trust).

There will be flash photography and filming on the day.

All participants are responsible for their own medical condition. Neither the organisers of the event, nor our sponsors accept any liability for the health of the entrant.

By submitting your registration you confirm that you are in reasonable health and know of no medical reason why you may not participate in our Elf Run and are aware that the organisers, their employees and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or accident as a consequence of your participation in Elf Run.  The organisers have no liability in relation to Elf Run. The organisers of the event, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss suffered by any entrant personally or to their property as result of their entry to or participation in this event.
