Health and Wellbeing is becoming a prevalent issue across the North East, with rising suicide rates and a sharp increase in mental health problems now commonplace.

Because of these issues, Angel Trust has expanded its services to provide Health and wellbeing support across County Durham & Darlington.

Our team are specially trained and able to understand complex cases including previous trauma, suicidal thoughts and self harm

We can offer:

  • Suicide and Self Harm Counselling including safety plans and assessments

  • Post Trauma Counselling

  • Wellbeing Clubs, Groups and Drop In Sessions

  • Navigator Services

  • Befriender Services

  • Health Drop in sessions on a bi-weekly basis with qualified NHS staff

All of our Angel Trust wellbeing services can be accessed by any member of the public so long as they are over 18 and are a County Durham resident. We also run a series of Drop In Sessions throughout the week, including Housing, Benefits Paperwork, Mental Wellbeing and Employability.
