About the event

Angel Trust are making your Prom dreams come true with a Night Under the Stars!

We invite you to be part of the very first socially distanced outdoor Prom in the North East.

You will be allocated your own personal booth which can accommodate up to 6 guests. As this event is for Secondary School leavers, we will allocate parties from the same school to be seated in the same zone.

Tickets include a 2-course meal (Vegetarian Option will be available on request), entertainment from Will Jennison, He Knows She Knows and Miss Tess Tickle as your host.

Please note that as this is an outdoor event flat footwear is advised.

This event is STRICTLY for Secondary School leavers, ages 15-16. If teachers wish to attend please call the office: 01388737270

Security and door staff will be on site at all times to ensure Covid-19 guidelines are followed, if the rules are not followed the guest will be removed from the event.

Our events are outdoors and therefore the risk of COVID-19 transmission is naturally lower, we have put the following arrangements in place to manage COVID- and Social distancing for the duration of the summer sessions:

· You will be pre allocated your own socially distanced booth with seating and umbrella

· Strict one-way system around the 8-acre site to reduce interaction

· The site footprint has been arranged to ensure social distance can be maintained so far as reasonably possible

· Staggered entry and exit onto the site- You will be emailed an arrival time and booth number 1 week before the event.

· Temperature checks will be carried out on arrival before entering event area

· Online sales only- no ticket sales on the day

· Drinks can be ordered via app and served to the table

· Fully trained Stewards and Staff on site to maintain strict social distancing

· NHS trained cleaning team on site to decontaminate before, during and after each event

· Sanitising stations will be located around the site

· Face covering and gloves will be available should you want to use them

· Tickets are non-transferable

· Track and Trace details will be taken upon booking
