Wardrobe Items Arranged

We collect your unwanted clothes from across County Durham, free of charge!

What do we collect?

Our team will collect all clothing items, from head to toe, including shoes and accessories like belts and handbags. Simply place your clothing in a bag or box and our team will do the rest!

What happens with the clothes we collect?

Our expert Emporium team sift through all donated items, sorting them into three unique piles. All items are treated with care, from steam cleaning to labelling items, we make sure every single donation is treated with the respect and quality it deserves.

1. Direct Use items - for example, winter coats & wooly hats will be given straight to our homeless clients, ensuring they have suitable and comfortable clothing during the harsh winter months.

2. Shop Floor items - clothes that cannot be given directly to clients will be hand-steamed and prepared by our teams, and put for sale in our Emporium store. All profits raised from these sales will be directly reinvested into our Charity.

3. Rag items - clothes that aren't suitable for sale can be sold off as rag, with all proceeds again being reinvested into our Charity. It is greatly appreciated if you could label your bags with 'rag' as appropriate.
